Version 1.5 now available

We're
pleased to announce the release of AYB:Bill version 1.5!
Version 1.5 has great new features that improve productivity and helps you get your billing tasks done even more quickly. Some of the new features are:

If you are still using Minimation, or are running an earlier version of AYB:Bill, we strongly encourage you to contact us for an upgrade. Minimation users have very little time left before big changes such as NPIs and new CMS-1500 form printing will render Minimation unusable.

Version 1.5 has great new features that improve productivity and helps you get your billing tasks done even more quickly. Some of the new features are:
- 'Custom Features' and
'Custom Reports'
You now can work with up to 19 custom-made features and up to 19 custom-made reports within AYB:Bill. We can now design custom features and reports just for your office without breaking compatibility with other offices. Please contact us for more information.
- New Account Number Suffix
A 'suffix' can now be automatically added to all new patients' account numbers.
- Greatly Enhanced Table Management Screen Searches
Often-used Table Management screens such as 'CPT Codes', 'Diagnosis Codes', 'Referring Doctors' and others now have an enhanced search feature that allows keyword, code and System ID searching.
These are just some of the many new features and improvements.

helpful new features and enhancements, AYB:Bill 1.4 is better than
ever! Features such as CPT and ICD-9 code updates from CD or
Internet files, improved Vista and restricted user account reliability,
'Last Billed' comments for rebilled charges and more are sure to give
you an extra boost of efficiency.

to a technical glitch, this news page had not been updated since August
2006. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our premiere medical billing system, AYB:Bill, is now at Version 1.3.1. We continue to improve and update AYB:Bill as the medical billing landscape changes. If you are still using the now-obsolete DOS-based Minimation system or using an older version of AYB:Bill, we strongly urge you to update. To update your AYB:Bill, or to upgrade from Minimation before the various industry deadlines, please click here contact us.
Our on-again-off-again development of Linux and Mac OS X versions of AYB:Bill is back on. We previously were having challenges with a certain technology provider, but that provider is now stable and we can continue our plans to release AYB:Bill on both the budget-friendly Linux as well as the stylish and powerful Mac OS X operating systems.
Our ANSI 837-4010A1 Generation Library for developers has reached version 1.1 and includes the latest NPI updates and changes. We offer both COM and VS.NET 2005 versions. For more information, please click here contact us.

We
are pleased to announce that AYB:Bill is now capable of using the soon
to be mandatory NPI (National Provider ID). AYB:Bill can now
produce either legacy HIPAA-format claims using a provider's tax ID or
the new HIPAA-format with the NPI.
